Your responsibilities
Operational customer support in internal sales with a strong customer focus and emphasis on sales opportunities
Close collaboration with our field sales team in operational sales
Lead management -> Qualification, nurturing, and handover of qualified leads
Active participation in the creation and follow-up of offers
Support at trade fairs, customer events, and presentations
Collaboration in key account management together with the KAM
Interface to marketing (sales enablement process)
Support in lead management and in managing our sales pipelines (inbound lead processing, CRM maintenance, and structured follow-ups)
Collaborate with internal teams and actively contribute to the optimization of sales processes
Your profile
Technical or commercial background
At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing
Fluent in German and English (C1); additional languages are an advantage
High service orientation and strong communication skills
Confident use of CRM & ERP systems
Structured, independent, solution-oriented way of working
Enjoy working with customers and sales processes

Travel: 10–20% (trade fairs, customer meetings)
Salary: €3,200–4,500 gross/month 14x
Minimum salary under collective agreement: €3,175 gross/month (full-time)
Above-average pay depending on qualifications and experience
