Technical Salesperson (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- In this position, you will be responsible for customer support and customer acquisition.
- You will maintain existing business relationships and take care of key account management.
- You will be the contact person for our customers and provide comprehensive support.
- You will constantly expand the customer base by acquiring new customers.
- In collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for preparing quotations.
- You will coordinate and negotiate prices with the customer until the contract is concluded.
- You actively identify new market and sales opportunities.
Your profile
- You have a technical and/or commercial qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the technical field.
- Ideally, you have experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
- You have negotiating skills in English and German (C1 level), Italien would be a plus.
- You have a strong service and solution orientation in personal customer contact, as well as a high level of resilience.
- You keep the company's goals in mind.
- Your strengths include consistency, commitment and team-orientation.
- You have very good communication skills and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
- We expect you to be willing to travel at home and abroad (approx. 30%).
- Experience with a CRM tool is an advantage.

- The collective agreement minimum salary for the full-time position is € 3,077. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer an overpayment in line with the market. There is also a performance-based, variable component.

What to expect in the application process
- We gain a first impression through application documents and sometimes also a short video call. We usually need 1-3 days for this.
- We get to know you in person in our office or via video call. From our side, at least one representative from management and Manuela Rosenzopf-Dietl, People & Culture, are present.
- Meet & greet with Matthias Kerschhaggl, the owner and future team colleagues.
- We stay in constant contact and communicate transparently about the status.
